Dear Yin Weaver,
Yesterday I had an interesting experience while practicing the Usha mudra. As I held it for a few minutes, I found my stuffy (allergies acting up, I think) nose clearing up! Before you write that off as a meaningless coincidence, let me tell you which acupuncture meridian governs the sinuses. Stomach. Which chakra governs the stomach? You guessed it.
How about you? What are you noticing as you balance your Solar chakra?
Blessings,
Rose

ReplyDeleteHey, thanks for dropping in, and for the kudos. Stop by again. Rose
ReplyDeleteHi Rose,
ReplyDeletehow do I keep up with you?:)
I try to practice little of all. Breathing technique every day, and poses here and there. My not so frequent abdominal pain is gone; I am also taking some herbs and read books about healing...so now, who or what do I blame exactly for feeling better overall?:)
For now, it is still hard for me to point which pose helps when. I just hope everything works in harmony to have the body and mind going.
I also have a question: Can human voice( or in this matter the vocal cords-probably) be healed to actually sing better; or is it just given: one can sing a tune and the other can not?
Hi Jarmilla!
ReplyDeleteI love that...who do I blame for feeling better? Cute!
Yes, you can improve your singing and speaking voice by consistently clearing the throat chakra. Stay tuned...that's next week's Chakra.
Blessings,
Rose
